Professionalization of evaluation in Albania through a Master Programme in Elbasan University of Economics, based on transfer of expertise from Romanian Society of Evaluators
IOCE – International Organization for Cooperation in Evaluation and EvalPartners provide valuable support to exchange experience on joint licensing/credentialing system to be applied throughout a regional/global coverage for the recognition of professional competences of evaluators.
As part of its transnational activities, RoSE is pleased to offer its members and concerned stakeholders the opportunity to participate in the Kick-off event of the project 'EvALRO - Development of Equitable Evaluation practices incorporating perspectives and cultural diversity Gender + inALbania and ROmania through transnational Cooperation ', financed through the "Small Grants Program EvalPartners" that aims to improve the quality of evaluation by including new dimensions of Gender + and cultural diversity, based on the IOCE Methodology.
Ways to integrate the requirements of equal opportunities and cultural diversity in professional evaluation practice
The project 'EvALRO - Development of Equitable Evaluation practices incorporating Gender + perspectives and cultural diversity in Albania and ROmania through Transnational Cooperation', implemented by RoSE in partnership with ASPE- Association of Albanian Evaluators, aims to improving the quality of evaluation and related professional capacities by including new dimensions on gender equality and cultural diversity.
The project 'EvALRO - Development of equitable Evaluation practices incorporating cultural diversity and Gender Perspectives in ALbania and ROmania through Transnational Cooperation' initiated by RoSE has been selected for funding under "EvalPartners’ Small Grants Program" launched by IOCE Network.
On the 7th of March 2015 RoSE – Romanian Society of Evaluators and MCA2000 – Macedonian Consultants Association, signed the Memorandum of Understanding at RoSE Headquarters in Bucharest.
Open call for expressions of interest for the establishment of a pool of experts to be potentially members of the Panel for the Union action "European Capital of Culture" under Decision 445/2014/EU.
On 22nd and 23rd of October 2014 the Kickoff Meeting of the Twinning Project EVALCOMP RO-MK – "Partnership for strengthening the evaluation capacities in Macedonia by promoting exchange of experience among VOPEs with regard to evaluators’ certification of competences and networking" was held on the premisses of RoSE in Bucharest.
The project proposal submitted by RoSE under the"Peer-to-Peer (P2P) & Innovation Challenge Small Grant Program", launched by IOCE Network and funded by the Government of Finland and USAID, has been selected for funding.The project provides transfer of experience and best practices to professionalize the occupation of evaluator within the network. As a Christmas Gift, the National Authority of Qualifications issued the Decision No. 489 of 20.12.2012 to approve and publish the Occupational Standard, initiated and prepared by RoSE for Project Evaluator, COR Code 241263. The Occupational Standard published by the National Authority of Qualifications could be downloaded from this link.
The Key Qualifications associated to the Project Evaluator, developed by RoSE were verified and endorsed by the Sectoral Committee “Administration and Public Services” of National Authority of Qualifications. This is the last stage on the chain to get the Occupational Standard Project Evaluator enforced by the National Authority for Qualifications.
RoSE-THE ROMANIAN SOCIETY OF EVALUATORS takes part in the tender for the Technical Assistance Project “Assessment services for the Financial Requests submitted within the Axis I to V of ROP 2007-2013", launched by the Ministry of Regional Development and Tourism.
The Draft Occupational Standard for the Project Evaluator prepared by RoSE has been has been verified and endorsed by the Sectoral Committee “Administration and Public Services”, according to the Methodology of National Authority for Qualifications.
