The Project EVAL COMP RO-MK has the following Partners:
RoSE – Romanian Society of Evaluators
RoSE - Romanian Society of Evaluators of Projects, Programs, and Public Policies was founded in 2010 as a professional association and VET provider having NGO legal status, public body with national coverage, by a group of 67 professional assessors and evaluators with high level professional experience and different backgrounds - in the fields of education, finance, law, social sciences and engineering representing all regions of Romania. In 2012, the RoSE developed occupational analysis, occupational standard and the related qualifications for the occupation of Evaluator, according to the EQF. These documents, (see: http://www.anc.edu.ro/uploads/SO/Evaluator%20proiecte_v00.pdf) have been enforced by the National Authority of Qualifications as the basis for further development of VET and for the assessment of professional competencies. RoSE devoted many of its resources to develop necessary networking between different actors involved in public funded programs in order to increase the professional competencies in the occupational area of project management/assessment. In this respect, as the national professional association, it has organized conferences and workshops on various topics related to evaluation, provided technical assistance and coaching to its members, developed networking to share experience among members and specialists abroad and made partnerships with other professional associations from Romania and abroad (i.e. Croatia, Montenegro). RoSE has organized expert panels for designing instruments to collect primary data (quantitative and qualitative) for specific evaluations.
MEN – Macedonian Evaluation Network through MCA2000
MEN - Macedonian Evaluation Network is an informal network established in Skopje in early 2014 as a platform of knowledge and experience in the field of monitoring and evaluation, based on partnership in strengthening capacity and knowledge. Its mission is to provide Advocacy and promotion of theory and practice in monitoring and evaluation, linking interested parties in the field, exchange of experiences, promotion of shared efforts in preparation and implementation of activities, respecting the highest standards of quality and professionalism. MEN is Member of WEBEN – Western Balkan Evaluation Network, http://www.sdeval.si/WEBEN/. Its managing structure is Management Consulting Association (MCA) - 2000 which was established in May 2000, as a professional, independent, and non-for-profit organization of associated Management Consultant professionals.
